The Village Music Academy is a collection of the finest music teachers in the Kansas City area drawing from the ranks of local area symphonies, community bands, jazz and rock groups.

In December of 2011, after 60 years of top notch service and music instruction, the Toon Shop closed its doors for the final time.

The Village Music Academy is carrying on the tradition of excellence and continues to provide superior instruction to all ages and skill levels on all instruments.
